Welcome 2024-2025 Concert Program Advertisers!

On behalf of the International Academy’s music program, we extend our deepest gratitude for the generous support through businesses purchasing advertisements. Their commitment and generosity directly contribute to the growth and enrichment of our program, enabling us to continue fostering musical talent and creativity among our students.

The International Academy Central Campus is excited to plan three Orchestra, Band, and Chorale Concerts for our 2024/2025 school year: Fall (October), Winter (January), and Spring (April).

International Academy Central Campus Music Boosters (IACCMB) provides annual support to a myriad of music activities at International Academy’s Okma campus. We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. The list below encapsulates the typical year of our activities.

  • Coordination of Music Uniforms
  • Annual Events, including a Music Banquet and Music Uniform Night
  • Beautiful Concert Programs
  • Hospitality at Concerts and Festivals
  • Music Spirit Wear
  • Coaching, Tutoring, and Instruments Not Provided by the School
  • Fundraising and Scholarships Related to the Music Program

Fall 2024 Concert Program Advertising

The printed and digital Fall Concert Program will be distributed to attendees at the Band Concert on October 16th and the Choir Concert & Orchestra Concert on October 17. The last day to purchase advertisements was October 4th.

Winter 2025 Concert Program Advertising Will Be Available For Purchase Soon

The printed Winter Concert Program will be distributed to attendees at the Band Concert / Choir Concert / Orchestra Concerts (dates are still TBD).

Concert programs are distributed at each event via print and online through a QR Code. This is a chance to get your business or personal message out to a great group of parents, family, and friends.

In addition to the program ad, our advertisers will receive a logo on IA Music Booster’s homepage for the entire concert season, as well as a clickable logo on the concert program download page that directs traffic to their website.

Ad Options

The concert program ads are available in several sizes and price ranges. All Fall and Winter ads will be printed in black & white, with a full-color digital edition. Our special senior edition spring program will be in full-color for both print and digital.

Full Year Bonus

The spring concert program ads will be printed in our full-color program highlighting our IA Music Program Seniors and is a keepsake for many of our patrons. Businesses that purchase ads for all three concert programs receive a discounted rate on the spring program.

Artwork Policy

The advertiser agrees to provide reproduction quality electronic artwork in a format designated by the printer. If time allows, proofs of ads will be available, however, no guarantees are made and IA Music Boosters cannot be responsible for errors or omissions. IA Music Boosters reserves the right to reject any ad that is deemed to be potentially inconsistent with our mission or bylaws.

Templates

Feel free to use one of the templates below to build your ad. You will need to use your Google or Canvas account, respectively.

Note:
To use the Google Slide template, select “File” then “Make Copy” then “Entire Presentation”. This will create a copy of the file to your Google Drive. Create an ad with your own text and images. Once complete, select “File” then “Download” then “PNG”. You can then upload the PNG file when purchasing your ad.
